You, yes you girlfran, STAWP!

Raise your hand (or comment) if you struggle with any of these things! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ I definitely struggle with anxious thoughts and overthinking... like every day. 🤔 I have to be in constant awareness of my thoughts and have learned to turn them into positive thoughts, a conversation with God, or prayer... most of the time. Do I get it right 100% of the time? No way! Sometimes I fall back into these habits 👇, and those are the days that I feel totally defeated, overwhelmed, and tired. There are days where I let my thoughts convince me that I’m the worst wife, worst mom, or worst friend in the universe or that the worst thing imaginable is going to happen to me or my family! It’s exhausting! The truth is, when I let go of these habits 👇 and do the opposite of these things, I feel fulfilled, content, blessed, grateful, valuable, secure, peaceful, and loved. I promise if you can let go of these habits, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!! Ideas on how to break-up with these habits and live a more fulfilled and healthier life: 💠 avoid or limit social media 💠 practice gratitude 💠 look for YOUR blessings 💠 understand you’re not going to please everyone 💠 redirect anxious thoughts 💠 meditate on God’s word and spend time in prayer 💠 deep breathe 💠 be prepared for changes 💠 see changes as opportunities for growth 💠 love yourself 💠 speak affirmations 💠 focus on the good 💠 do things you enjoy (go for a walk, dance, listen to positive music) 💠 do things outside and enjoy nature 💠 appreciate the small things 💠 give yourself and others grace 💠 realize we are all in this together
