Let's talk LIBIDO!

Raise your hand (in private 😉 or publicly 👏), if you want to learn ways to boost your libido (sex drive)! 🙋‍♀️ . My guess is, if you’re a woman reading this, you’re probably raising your hand (even if it’s imaginatively)! 👋 . You’re not alone. Women of all ages suffer from a low sex drive. It’s very common and doesn’t discriminate against age, but it is NOT normal. . However, our society and some medical professionals have made many women believe that a low sex drive is a normal part of being a mom, being menopausal, and really just a part of being a woman... and again, it’s NOT! . This is so disheartening as a provider because you’re meant to crave and enjoy sex with your husband, and it is actually good for your overall health and well-being. . Every day in clinic, multiple times a day, I will hear these phrases, “I could care less about sex!” or “I fake it until he makes it!” 😔 . That’s not healthy for you, for your marriage, and to be honest, it’s not fair for you to live like that! Just like, it wouldn’t be fair for you to live with a headache every day without finding a solution or living with a broken bone that needs to be fixed, you shouldn’t have to live with a low libido. Especially if your low libido is affecting your health or your marriage! . 😁 🎉 The good news is, there are so many options that can help with this issue! The key is having a great provider that will listen to you, listen to your body, and find safe ways to HELP you!!! . Watch this videa and/or check out my FB, IG, or Youtube to find out the causes of a low libido, how to promote a libido encouraging lifestyle, and ways to boost your libido. .
