A LITTLE ABOUT me
From a very young age, I wanted to be a “lady doctor”. I was the child explaining to other children, that all babies didn’t come out of their mommy’s tummies. My mother managed an OBGYN clinic, and that is where my enthusiasm originated.

I grew up roaming the clinic halls, hearing babies’ heartbeats, playing with urine dipsticks, and looking under microscopes. I knew I wanted to do this one day when, “I got bigger”.
Fast forward to puberty, that wasn’t so fun. Period cramps. Migraine headaches. Pimples. Weight gain. FATIGUE. All that [not so] fun stuff. Studying intensely over the years to work toward my kindergarten dream, I suffered from debilitating migraine headaches and all the other not so fun stuff I mentioned previously. I wanted so badly to find some relief from the pain and only dreamt of living a migraine-free life.
Fast forward to 2010, I graduated as a registered nurse. After failing numerous traditional migraine options or experiencing countless unpleasant side effects of traditional migraine medications, I began to seek out natural alternative options to help my migraines. Small improvements were noticed, but I still suffered several days each month.

In 2015, I graduated as a nurse practitioner, and that’s when the real learning began. I was blessed to work with and learn from one of [if not] the best gynecologist in the state of Arkansas, Kay Chandler, MD.

She mentored me in the art of listening to every women and listening to their body. I learned how to heal my own body. I learned how food could be medicine or how it could be toxic. I learned the importance of stress reduction and healthy ways to manage unavoidable stress. Additionally, I learned how certain herbs and supplements promote the normal functioning of a woman’s body.
Shortly after practicing women’s health, I was a new woman. I never knew how good I could feel and how not normal I felt, until I felt amazing.

Now, I spending my time sharing my knowledge by helping women to find out what it feels like to feel amazing! Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube to learn easy tips to achieve health and wellness. Because healthy feels and looks good on every woman!
